Ans. No, Saheb is not happy working at the tea stall. Though now he gets all his meals and 800 rupees but here he lacks the freedom he had had when he was a rag picker. The carefree look has lost from his face. The steel canister is heavier than the bag he used to carry on his shoulder during rag picking. 3. What could be some of the reasons for the migration of people from villages to cities?
Ans. The most common reason of people’s migrating from villages to cities is to keep themselves alive. Many people in the villages have no means of survival. They can not feed themselves and their family members. So they migrate to big cities, there they could find some means of employment. They need not to sleep with aching stomach in the cities. Some people may migrate to cities to have a better life. In cities, there are numerous opportunities unlike villages.
